The face is a genuine metal laminate over a rigid core, not a metallic-look sticker. It resists scratching, won't yellow under fluorescent light, and keeps its finish through years of daily handling and wipe-downs.

Artwork prints in full color at high resolution, so gradients, drop shadows and photographic marks come through cleanly. Rotary or laser engraving simply can't do that. It matters for brands whose logo isn't one flat color.

Standard sizes run 1" x 3", 1.5" x 3" and a 1.5" x 3" oval, in silver, gold and white. Two lines of text is standard. A 1.5" tall badge holds a name plus a two-line title without crowding the logo.

Got long names on the roster? Order the taller size instead of shrinking the point size. A name that reads from four feet away is the whole job of the badge.
