Keep it light and low profile
A heavy badge on a lightweight performance shirt sags and rotates. Pick the smaller size and a thinner material. Thin plastic or a light metal badge sits flatter and stays oriented through a training session.
Matte finish matters more than usual because gym lighting is often direct overhead LED, which turns a glossy badge into a mirror at exactly the angle a member is reading from.
Certifications and specialties
The second line is the sales line. Personal Trainer is fine. CPT, Strength Coach, Prenatal Certified or Mobility Specialist are better, because they tell a member what this specific trainer is for.
Keep the certification list to one item. A badge with four acronyms reads as clutter and nobody parses it mid set.
