The printed surface is sealed, so it survives pocket keys, name-tag drawers and getting wiped down between shifts without the print lifting off.
Colors and configuration
Available in white, silver and gold across 1" x 3", 1.5" x 3" and oval shapes. Full-color logos, background colors and reversed-out white type all print at no extra charge. Color count never moves the price.
Add a second line for a role, a department, a pronoun line or a store number. Plenty of retail chains print the store number small in a corner so badges can be shuffled between locations.
How the volume breaks work
Pricing steps down at 11, 21, 31, 51, 101, 251 and 1,001 pieces. Ordering 51 badges instead of 50 lowers your unit price. If you're close to a break, it's usually cheaper to cross it and keep the extras as spares.

How long does a plastic badge actually last?
In normal customer-facing use, years. The usual failure mode is a lost badge or a name change, not a worn-out face.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One badge is a perfectly normal order, and it still gets a free proof.
Can each badge have a different name?
Yes, at no extra cost. Paste in a spreadsheet of names and titles and every badge prints individually. Variable data is included, not a surcharge.
What artwork file should I send?
Vector files work best: AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. A high-resolution PNG or JPG is fine too. Only have a business card or a logo pulled off your website? Our art team redraws it free before we send your proof.
Do I see a proof before you go into production?
Always. Nothing gets run until you sign off on a digital proof, and we do not charge for proof revisions.
