How we keep prices low
Volume pricing is published rather than negotiated: a printed plastic badge is $8.99 as a single piece and $6.49 each at 1,000+, premium aluminum runs $12.49 down to $9.99, and executive metal runs $15.85 down to $13.35. There are no setup, artwork or die fees on ordinary orders, and a digital proof is always free.
A 5,000-piece rollout and a single replacement badge go through the same proof process and the same quality check.
What we will tell you honestly
If a printed plastic badge is the right answer for your team, we will say so even though a metal badge earns us more. If magnetic backing is unsafe for one of your employees, we will substitute it free. And if your artwork will not reproduce at badge size, we will redraw it rather than ship something that disappoints you.
