Vector files work best: AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. If all you have is a JPG, a PNG, or a photo of an old badge, send it anyway. Our art team redraws logos free of charge.

Always. You get a digital proof, usually within one business hour during office hours, and nothing goes into production until you approve it.

Yes. We color-match to Pantone at no charge on printed products. Include the Pantone reference with your artwork and we will proof against it.

Yes, on printed badges and PVC ID cards. Engraving is a two-color process and cannot reproduce photographs.

Standard production is 5-8 business days after proof approval, plus transit. Rush production runs 1-3 business days on most badge families.

Yes, on orders over $200 within the continental United States. Expedited and international shipping are quoted at cost.

In the United States. Production runs out of Cooper City, Florida, with a second location in Greenville, South Carolina. Nothing is outsourced overseas.

Yes. Send us a location breakdown and we will produce, box and label by site, each with its own packing list.

Engraved metal and engraved laminate, because the lettering is a physical cut rather than an ink layer. In harsh environments they routinely outlast printed badges by five years or more.

No. That is the reason to choose it. The badge holds against a felt-faced steel keeper bar rather than being pushed through the fabric.

Anyone with a pacemaker or implanted cardiac device should wear a pin or clip badge instead. We substitute backing on any order free of charge.

Yes. Character height, stroke width, contrast, non-glare finish and Grade 2 braille geometry all meet the 2010 ADA Standards. Local codes can add requirements, so check with your jurisdiction too.

If we made an error against your approved proof, we remake the order at no cost. If the proof was approved with a mistake in it, we will still work with you on a discounted remake.
