Sizes
¾" × 1⅞" fits signature and initial stamps. 1" × 2½" is the everyday address and endorsement size. ⅜" × 2¾" takes a single narrow line. 1" × 3¼" carries a full multi-line address with a logo.
Designing it online
The stamp designer lets you set the text, line breaks, font and logo placement, and shows you the impression before you order. That kills the classic problem: a stamp that's technically correct but looks wrong on the page.
Ink and refills
Self-inking mechanisms give you thousands of impressions before they need re-inking, and refill bottles are cheap. Black for documents, a color for internal marks like received or approved.

Self-Inking Stamps FAQ
Can a logo go on a stamp?
Yes, if it's clean single-color line art. Fine detail and gradients don't survive a rubber impression.
What ink colors do you offer?
Black, blue, red and green cover most requests. Use black for anything that gets scanned.
How do I re-ink mine?
Flip the mechanism, add a few drops of matching refill ink to the pad, and let it sit an hour before use.
Do I see a proof before you go into production?
Always. Nothing gets run until you sign off on a digital proof, and we do not charge for proof revisions.
