These are built to be read across a room. Attendee type, name and access level, all visible to staff at a glance. They print double sided and ship in packs of 100, which is how conference and festival credentialing actually gets budgeted.
Sizes and access tiers
3" × 5" is the compact conference standard. 3.5" × 5.5" is the most common all-around size. 4" × 6" is the festival and production choice, for crew credentials that need to read from a distance.
Most events run three to five pass types: attendee, speaker, staff, press, all-access, each a different color with the tier printed large. Since color is free, running five tiers costs exactly what one does.
Double sided by default
Passes flip on a lanyard constantly. Printing the same info on both sides kills the single most annoying moment in event check-in. Schedules, maps, sponsor logos or emergency numbers usually go on the back.
Personalizing them
Send an attendee spreadsheet and we print individual names and QR codes. Expecting late sign-ups? Order a portion as blanks in the same design and hand-write them on site.

Event Passes FAQ
Can I order fewer than 100?
Passes are produced in packs of 100. For a smaller event, printed ID cards fit better and have no pack minimum.
How late can I add names?
Rush production runs 1-3 business days once artwork is approved, so a final list a week out is comfortable. Call (800) 243-9227 if it's tighter than that.
Do lanyards come with the passes?
No, lanyards and reels are ordered separately under badge accessories so you can pick the color and attachment yourself.
Do I see a proof before you go into production?
Always. Nothing gets run until you sign off on a digital proof, and we do not charge for proof revisions.
