Photo ID badges for staff, contractors and visitors
Photo ID badges are printed on CR80 card stock, the same size as a credit card, in full color on both sides if needed. Send a photo per person, a name list and your layout, and each card prints individually. Add a holder and a reel if the card also opens doors.

Photos: the part that goes wrong
Cards look professional when the photos are consistent. Same background, same distance, same lighting. Phone photos work if someone stands people against one plain wall and shoots at chest height. Mixed selfies from twelve people do not, no matter how good the card layout is.
- One plain background for everyone
- Head and shoulders, eyes about two thirds up the frame
- No hats, no strong backlight
- File named with the person's name so nothing gets swapped
Barcodes and access
A printed barcode or QR code handles time clocks, library systems and event check in. It does not open a door on its own. Proximity access uses an encoded chip card, and if your building already has readers, get the format and card type from whoever manages that system before ordering.
Contractors and visitors
Contractor cards should look different from staff cards at a glance, usually with a colored band and the expiry printed large. For short visits, an expiring label beats printing a card at all.
