Custom name badges for staff, built to your spec

Almost every custom badge order comes down to how rough the wearer's day is. Printed plastic is the honest default for retail floors, offices and front desks, and it is cheap enough that replacing one is not a conversation. Metal faced badges cost a little more and read as more finished at a counter or a front desk. Solid engraved metal is what uniform programs and leadership badges are made from, because the name is cut into the metal and cannot rub off.

The one hard rule: engraving is a two color process. Gradients, photographs or a three color logo have to be printed.

Magnets are the most requested backing and the right call for scrubs, blazers and knitwear, since nothing punctures the fabric. Pins are still the most secure and the only sensible choice on heavy outerwear. Swivel clips handle aprons and pockets where a magnet spins.

A logo file, a name list and a size. Vector art such as AI, EPS, PDF or SVG prints cleanest at badge scale; a large PNG works when vector does not exist. Names go in a spreadsheet with one row per person, and titles are optional but push most teams up to the 1.5 x 3 size so the name stays readable.

Per badge pricing drops in tiers as quantity climbs, so a team of forty pays noticeably less per badge than a team of five. Ordering a couple of spares with the first run is usually cheaper than a one off replacement later, because the setup work is already done.
