Will your logo file work on a badge?
Most proof delays come from one of six things: no vector file, a white box behind the logo, text that is too small to read at an inch, unknown brand colors, gradients on an engraved badge, or artwork the customer cannot use. Answer the six below and you will know what to fix.

What happens after you send a file
Art gets set to the badge size, not the other way around. We place the mark, set the name at production type size, and send a digital proof showing the actual layout. Nothing goes into production until you approve it, and standard production runs 5-8 business days after approval.
If the logo needs redrawing to work as an engraved single color mark, we say so on the proof rather than guessing. That one message saves the reorder.
