Each one starts as a matte chalkboard-surface badge that takes liquid chalk marker and wipes clean with a damp cloth.
The matte black panel gives chalk marker enough tooth to write cleanly and wipe off without ghosting. Printed brand area with a writable matte chalk panel.
Rewritable surfaces eventually ghost if a marker sits on them for weeks. Wiping at the end of each shift keeps the face clean for a long time.
