The file you send decides how good the badge looks
Vector art scales to any badge size with clean edges. A logo pulled off a website is usually 72 dpi and turns soft at 3 inches wide. If vector is not available, send the largest raster file that exists, ideally 1200 pixels or more across the logo itself.
Thin strokes are the other trap. Anything under about 0.5 pt disappears at badge scale. If your logo has hairlines, we will flag it on the proof rather than print something that looks broken.
Color, and what a screen does not tell you
Brand colors given as Pantone or CMYK values print closer than a hex code taken from a website, because a backlit screen makes everything look brighter than ink on a badge. Send the values you use for print collateral if you have them.
Layouts that work
Logo left with two text lines is the safest layout in existence. Logo across the top gives the name more width but costs vertical space. Centered layouts look formal and lose a little readability. Pick one and use it across the whole team.

No. Full color printing, layout and a digital proof are included in the badge price.
What file format should I send?
Vector art such as AI, EPS, PDF or SVG is best. A large PNG works when vector is not available.
Can each badge have a different name?
Yes. Variable names and titles are standard. Send a spreadsheet with a row per person.
